Our processing facility is located at Eastern
Bye Pass, Old GRA and transported to the pick up center.
Why do women’s blouses cost more than men’s
shirt?
Women’s blouses are often made from more
delicate fabrics and detailed designs that need extra care during
cleaning and pressing. Many require gentler washing, lower heat, and
more time to finish properly. This extra care is why they are priced
differently
Are there any fabrics you don't clean?
We professionally handle all fabric from silk,
linens, beaded garments, tulle, etc
However, if we believe an item may not withstand cleaning due to it’s
unique nature or overwear, we’ll let you know before proceeding and
discuss the safest alternative with you
What if my clothes are heavily stained?
We’ll always do our best to treat stains, but
heavily stained items may need extra treatment and time. While many
stains can be reduced or removed, some stains may not come out
completely due to the fabric type, how long the stain has set, or prior
treatment. We’ll let you know upfront if an item needs special attention
or if full removal isn’t guaranteed.

What if my clothes are damaged?
We handle every item with care, but if
something is damaged while in our care, please let us know as soon as
you collect your items or within 24 hours. We’ll review the issue and
work with you to resolve it fairly. Please note that we can’t be
responsible for damage caused by normal wear and tear, fabric weakness,
or items that were already damaged before cleaning.

What temperature do you wash the clothes at?
We wash clothes at temperatures that are safe
for each fabric type. Most everyday items are washed at warm or cool
temperatures to protect colours and fabrics, while higher temperatures
are used only when needed for hygiene and when the fabric allows it.
